K1 VISA: An Advocates Toolbox Workshop

UUCD is hosting a  K1 Visa Advocate's Toolbox Workshop sponsored by the NIU Centers for Southeast Asian Studies, Non-profit and NGO Studies, and Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. This workshop that will equip participants with tools and resources to help K1 visa holders navigate their transition to the U.S. and the US legal and immigration systems. Forcusing on triaging advocacy for victims of abuse and human trafficking who are K1 visa holders, participants will work together to create an advocate's tool box for K1 visa h.olders. The worshop is open to the public.
