Ministerial Transition Survey

Dear UUFD Member or Friend,

The Ministerial Transition Team wishes to solicit your views of current congregational practices and our needs in a new minister. We would appreciate your taking time to complete the attached survey. Obtaining feedback from all members and friends is vital to the transition process, so let your voice be heard!

To avoid an overly long survey, the questions in this survey are focused only on “who we are”, “what we perceive as our strengths and weaknesses”, and “what we want in a minister”. We plan to solicit your views concerning other issues and choices as the transition process continues.

The deadline for completing the survey is Tuesday, September 13. Please note that all responses will be kept confidential: You are not asked to identify yourself. Care will be taken to ensure that responses will be analyzed as a group and that individuals will not be identified.
