Call for Spookathon Donations and Volunteers

Here's what we need to help make our upcoming Spookathon a success:

Set-up Crew! We'll need help transforming the large RE room into a Haunted House, plus signs, decorating, Bake Sale and kitchen set-up. Set-up begins at 1:00.

Admission Collectors! We'll need someone to work the Admission tables at both entrances.

Bake Sale Volunteers! We need people to do the selling; you can pick a shift. Can’t be there? Bake! We need all kinds of Halloween-themed treats! Need ideas? We’ll give you some!

Soup Servers! We've got the cooking covered, but we'd love to have volunteers to help ladle soup and collect money.

Clean-up Crew! Hate these sorts of things but still want to help? Come in at 8 when it’s all over and help us clean up! The more people we have, the faster we can put things back ready for Sunday morning! Contact Ashley, Tom or Jenny to volunteer!
